Our initial meeting is focused on meeting your pet and making sure they are comfortable. A meet and greet session takes only 30 minutes of your time. Some pets are friendly and will get acquainted right away while others are shy. Basically we let them take as much time as they need to feel comfortable with us.

Once everyone is comfortable, we will go over every detail possible, such as leashes, food, medical problems, favorite toys, etc. Even if there are things that make your pet upset, you will want to share that with us as well so that we maintain your pet's comfort level while you are away. Keeping their routines and daily life as close to normal for them is important, so we leave a detailed list of everything your pet does while you were away.

Finally, we will review our service contact with you, so that you understand what we will and will not do. After all, you comfort level is important as well!
